3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the host. Payments are processed securely. Prices displayed include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Early bird pricing is available until the stated deadline and cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts. Please review the cancellation policy on the event page before booking. BookMySession is not responsible for refunds governed by host policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, harass other users, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on BookMySession, including design, text, and graphics, is owned by BookMySession or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
BookMySession acts as a marketplace connecting participants with hosts. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of any session. Participation in any session is at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
